Returns & Refunds
You have 10 business days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 3-5 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the refund will only be for the cost of the items returned and the applicable taxes.
Damaged Items
In the event you receive an item damaged, you have 2 business days to take pictures in the original packaging and send them to thecosmicplatypus@gmail.com. We will work toward sending you a new item or refunding you the cost of the item. In this event, the new shipping cost will be on us.

We offer free shipping for orders over $50. We use USPS to ship our packages and there are three shipping options First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. First-Class Mail and Priority Mail will take approximately 2-4 business days to arrive once the package is shipped. Priority Mail Express will take approximately 1-2 business days to arrive once the package is shipped. Allow up to 2 days to process your order.
